Commissions | Art
- Payment must be made upfront via PayPal in USD.- There will be no refunds made unless I am unable to complete the commission, so please make sure it is something you would actually like to do first.- All art done by me is for PERSONAL USE only unless otherwise discussed. Do not use my art for commercial use. (You are not allowed to make a profit off of my art.)- Please do not make edits to my art.- Do NOT use my art to promote hateful topics, NFTS, or for AI.- If you plan on posting my artwork, please make sure that you are using the watermarked version, and that you are crediting me properly.- Make sure that you have clear references of the character being drawn, props you would like, poses, and so forth.- Major edits will not be made once the sketch is completed and approved. (Ex: linework, background, large props, and so forth.)- I have the right to decline any commission.- If you steal my art or violate any of the rules above, you will be blacklisted.- If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Adoptables | Customs
- Prices are in USD and must be paid through PayPal only. All sales are final, so please be sure you want to purchase it before offering.- The design may be resold at the same price purchased unless there is more art to go with it. If you obtained the character through a raffle or a freebie, you may only trade them. (Please specify in the trade how much you resold them for or if you traded them. DO NOT make a new profile to get around these rules to resell them.)- None of my designs come with commercial use unless otherwise stated. If you would like that, please speak with me about it!- Please do not steal or heavily reference any of my designs. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ADOPTS. Do not take a character you have adopted from me, then create another version to resell.- Do not edit my original art or remove my watermark.- If posted on Toyhouse, the character MUST remain on Toyhouse. If reselling or re-trading, do not do so outside of TH.- Please make sure you are including clear time-frames for holds or art offers. If you set up a payment plan, the character will not be transferred until it has been paid for in full.- If you charge-back after a purchase, I have the right to put the design back up for sale. You will also be blacklisted.- If you steal my designs or violate these rules, you will be blacklisted.
